Overview

Role Title - HR Manager
Location: Hybrid-Telford/Birmingham/London/Woking
Duration: 06/04/2026

Pay rate: GBP179 - GBP268 per day Inside IR35

Role Description

As a self-starter who is eager to learn, is proactive, motivated, and collaborative, you will:

  • Support the HR Business Partners with delivering the HR strategy and contributing to the people agenda through projects and initiatives including line manager education & training.
  • Provide well-constructed advice and solutions to managers, promoting best practice & innovative thinking on Employee Relations case management with resolution at the heart.
  • Work to fully understand the business challenges, to enable you as the second tier of HR support to assist your people managers in developing the right people solutions.
  • Responsible for data and analytics for your business areas. Carrying out regular and in-depth tracking and reporting to the business on all elements of people data including sickness absence and case management.
Your skills and experience
  • Proven experience in a HR generalist role with a good understanding of employment law and proven track record of end to end case management.
  • Be able to prioritize effectively and successfully manage multiple cases and small projects whilst working to tight deadlines.
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment, is an inquisitive self-starter who is eager to learn.
  • Articulate and diplomatic communicator who can engage with a wide network of stakeholders and manage their needs.
  • Able to build trusting relationships/stakeholder manager through regular engagement.
  • Good attention to detail and enjoys working with data with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • An excellent team player with the ability to successfully collaborate with colleagues acting as part of one HR team.
  • CIPD qualified.
  • Experience of working with SuccessFactors system would be beneficial.
