An educational institution in Northampton is seeking an HR Manager to support the Headteacher and SBM in HR processes across its schools. The role is pivotal for maintaining HR communications and ensuring compliance with trust policies. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel between multiple sites. Strong communication skills and HR experience within an educational setting are essential for this position.
This is a new and exciting role. The HR Manager is pivotal in maintaining the HR communications through the Academy software and to external third parties. There are currently 7 staff in the County Office and 90 staff in total in the Academy.
Travel between the schools' seven sites will be required on occasions.
This role exists to support the Headteacher and SBM with the HR processes across the school, and to ensure compliance with the trust policies and procedures as the central employer. The trust buys in to an advisory service for their HR employee casework and each school has an allocated junior and a senior advisor which compliments the four central colleagues available for HR and Payroll advice & support.
