An educational institution in London is seeking a HR Manager (Compliance and Operations) to deliver a professional HR service. Responsibilities include advising on HR matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing HR operations for over 450 staff members. The ideal candidate would have a strong HR and law background along with a CIPD qualification. The HR Manager (Compliance and Operations) acts in a senior advisory capacity with a pivotal role in delivering a high quality, professional and effective HR service to the School. The role focuses on safeguarding, safer recruitment, regulatory compliance, HR operations and administration, and supporting the Head of HR in maintaining high standards across the Trust.
This is a permanent, full-time position based on site at Hampton School. Normal working hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. A high level of flexibility, commitment and dedication is required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role. The salary will be competitive and commensurate with the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
