This standalone role offers a predominantly remote work environment with monthly onsite presence in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR Manager to join a high-growth, ever-evolving organisation operating within a PE-backed environment.
This is a true standalone role, offering full ownership of operational HR across a population of circa 90 employees. The role is highly execution-focused and ideally suited to someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up, driving change and making things happen in a fast-paced setting. This role will suit someone agile, commercially driven, and who thrives in a dynamic environment, with the confidence to work autonomously and influence at all levels.
The role is predominantly remote, with onsite presence in Edinburgh required approximately once every three weeks. The business is also open to a four-day working week.
