Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proven track record leading HR workstreams in M&A integrations.
  • Experience in benefits transition and HRIS/payroll integration.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive people strategy across M&A lifecycle.
  • Lead HR due diligence and manage compliance risks.
  • Define Day 1 operating model and ensure readiness.

Skills

Project/PMO discipline
Strong experience with TUPE transfers
Proven track record in M&A
Experience in reward harmonisation

Education

CIPD qualified (Level 5/7 preferred)
