An established manufacturing company in Cambridge is looking for a proactive HR professional to support employee lifecycle processes and engage in strategic HR projects. Responsibilities include maintaining HR systems, supporting recruitment, and handling employee relations. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is desirable. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary and extensive benefits including up to 30 days holiday.
