Oakleaf Partnership are working with an innovative, international fintech that is navigating an exciting period of transformation and growth. They have been developing a new operating model and are now entering a critical delivery phase of organisational change.
This role will be pivotal in helping the business implement and embed significant structural change as they transition core services from the UK into their group model. Alongside this, they are also introducing a new levelling framework – meaning two major programmes will be running concurrently.
The business is looking for an experienced HR/ER change professional who can own delivery, drive momentum, and ensure successful execution of these programmes. You’ll partner with senior leaders, manage consultation processes (including TUPE), and ensure the business is in the best possible shape as they move into 2026.
Alongside the Head of HR, you will help to deliver the TUPE process, ensuring structural changes are delivered effectively and on time.
Partner with senior leaders to support the consultation processes, including TUPE, role transitions, and organisational redesign.
Drive the design and delivery of a new levelling framework, aligning job architecture, career pathways, and reward structures.
Act as a trusted advisor, supporting managers through workshops, communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure governance requirements are met and that risks/issues are proactively identified and addressed.
Bring a commercial and pragmatic HR lens, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and sustainable.
Experienced with delivering TUPE programmes within tight timeframes ideally within financial services, fintech, or a large commercial organisation.
You will have extensive experience as an HRBP or an Employee Relations Specialist.
Experience of consultation and TUPE processes essential.
Ability to manage concurrent streams of work with pace and precision.
Highly collaborative, data-driven, and pragmatic with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environments.
