HR Director – Head of People

Location: North West London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Hours: Full-time

Salary: £90k - £130k

Our client is looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Director to establish and lead the people function within a rapidly scaling organisation. This is a career-defining opportunity to design and implement HR strategy from the ground up, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, systems, culture, and organisational design as the business grows significantly over the next two years.

You will work closely with the CEO and board, acting as a trusted adviser and strategic partner, ensuring HR practices are forward-thinking, inclusive, and aligned to business objectives.
