As an HR specialist you will be front and centre of the hotels cultural identity by coaching supporting and influencing the leadership team. You will model compassion fairness and humanity and you be at the forefront of creating a culture of trust that enables team members to speak up feel safe and advocate for others
You will have the courage to challenge and influence the people agenda on property in conjunction with the business objectives and you will take a visible lead in progressing difficult situations.
You will work closely with our UK&I HRBP Field Business Partners Talent Acquisition Employee Relations Learning and Talent Development and HR Analytics support functions to drive through the UK& I People Strategy.
