THE EMPLOYER IS: CONEXIA LIMITEDWe’re looking for HR Digital Chat Support Agents to join our team and provide exceptional support to clients and their employees through real-time chat, email, and phone. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, has great communication skills, and is comfortable using digital tools to deliver a smooth and professional service experience.All appointments are subject to successful completion of BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) and any additional vetting required.

Responsibilities
  • Help manage live chat conversations by giving advice and answering HR, payroll, and recruitment questions.
  • Pass chats to the right team when something needs to be escalated.
  • Use chat templates and available resources to keep responses clear and consistent.
  • Suggest ways to make the customer experience better.
  • Keep knowledge base articles and workflows up to date.
  • Make sure GDPR rules are followed.
  • Support clients by phone and email, handling questions from them, their employees, and colleagues.
  • Provide full admin support, including accurate and timely data entry across internal systems.
  • Make sure work meets agreed service levels, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes and make service delivery smoother.
  • Take part in personal development and contribute to performance reviews and growth initiatives.
Skills and
  • Comfortable using computers, with skills in Word and Outlook.
  • Able to communicate clearly both in person and in writing.
  • Experience handling admin tasks, such as updating electronic records and supporting day-to-day work processes.
  • Good at figuring out what customers need and turning their requests into the right actions.
