Overview

JOB ROLE: HR Data Administrator - Immediate Start

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (full time onsite)

SALARY: £14 p/h - £15 p/h (DOE)

DURATION: 3 months initially

LOCATION: Wivelsfield/Plumpton - Car Driver Essential due to location

About the Role

As our HR Data Administrator, you\'ll play a vital role in maintaining and improving the integrity of our HR data. You\'ll be responsible for ensuring employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update HR systems with employee data (new starters, leavers, changes)
  • Support HR reporting and analytics by preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other relevant legislation
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments to streamline data processes
  • Assist with audits and data cleansing projects
  • Provide administrative support across the HR function as needed
What We\'re Looking For
  • Previous experience in HR administration or data management
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (e.g. SAP, Workday, or similar)
  • Understanding of data protection and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
