Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of HR Coordination/Administration experience.
  • Experience with a range of employment options like Permanent and FTC.
  • Must possess knowledge of HR legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain contact with prospective new starters.
  • Support staff welfare and absence processes.
  • Draft contracts of employment and manage onboarding paperwork.
  • Administer maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave processes.
  • Contribute to HR projects and manage HR Tracker.
