A leading international company in central London is seeking an HR Assistant to support their growing HR team. This role involves managing the full employee life cycle and being involved in HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have HR administration experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of Employment Law. A CIPD Level 3 qualification is preferred. Qualifications

  • Essential previous experience in HR administration.
  • Preferred qualification of CIPD Level 3 or above.
  • Strong experience with HR and Microsoft systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee life cycle.
  • Prepare HR related documents, including contracts and policies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for benefit enquiries.
