The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of comprehensive HR services across ONE Campaign’s global workforce. Based in London and reporting to the HR Director, the role will work closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO) and HR colleagues to support people operations across multiple geographies. This is a hands‑on role suited to an experienced HR generalist who is analytical, organised, and ready to get stuck in across the full employee lifecycle.
Fluency in English required. Fluency in French or German is a distinct advantage.
Occasional domestic travel (5%) may be required. Additional international and/or domestic travel opportunities may occur.
GBP £30,000 – £38,000 per year.
This salary range is based on compensation survey data for similar organizations and is used to set pay internally at ONE. Where a new hire’s salary falls within this range is based on a variety of factors, including the budget available for this position.
