Are you a strategic and people-focused HR professional looking to make a real impact? We are seeking an experiencedHR Business Partnerto join a dynamic and forward-thinking HR team.

About the Role:As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic and operational HR support across a range of functions. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the people agenda, supporting organisational development, and enhancing leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with managers and leaders, offering strategic and tactical HR guidance.
  • Coach and empower managers on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance, and development.
  • Manage complex ER cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives in collaboration with Finance and Early Careers teams.
  • Support talent management processes including succession planning, talent reviews, and learning needs analysis.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a robust pipeline of top-tier talent.
  • Drive key people processes such as performance reviews, OKRs, and salary reviews.
  • Use HR data and insights to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to enhance HR service delivery and promote continuous improvement.
