What We\'re Looking For
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong background in learning & development, coaching, and cultural transformation.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills — you\'ll be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees alike.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate priorities.
  • Experience within engineering services — ideally in civil engineering, construction, utilities, or high-voltage (HV) environments.
  • Passion for people, growth, and creating workplaces where everyone can thrive.
