Overview

We are partnering with a Housing Association based in Merseyside to recruit a HR Business Partner on a Fixed Term Contract, initially 1.5 - 2 years. The role is full time at 37 hours per week, offering agile/hybrid working and a salary of approximately £50,000 per annum. The start date is as soon as possible (subject to notice).

Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, particularly around change, growth, and transformation.
  • Drive cultural change initiatives, supporting the organisation's shift in mindset, behaviours, and values during a period of significant transition.
  • Support organisational modernisation, including workforce planning and capability building aligned to new technologies and ways of working.
  • Coach and influence managers to lead through change effectively, fostering inclusive and high-performing team environments.
  • Lead on employee engagement and communications, ensuring transparency and buy-in throughout the change journey.
  • Analyse people data and trends to inform decision-making and measure the impact of transformation initiatives on culture and performance.
