Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Greater London. This role is broad and generalist in nature, offering both leadership and operational responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with fee-earning client groups and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to deliver the HR strategy. Candidates should have prior experience in generalist HR roles, excellent stakeholder management skills, and preferably hold a CIPD qualification.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role within a law firm or professional services.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Mentoring team members is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders including Partners.
  • Oversee performance and career development management.
  • Coach managers in people management skills.
  • Advise on employee relations matters.
  • Run the salary and bonus review process.
  • Improve processes for onboarding and performance management.
  • Advise on talent acquisition matters.
  • Champion best practices.
