Oakleaf is proud to be partnering with a global healthcare company in their search for a HRBP to join its team. This role will focus on supporting your client group through business partnering and delivering HR initiatives in line with the People Plan. There will be an expectation to be present and seen on site. This role is hybrid 4 days on site and 1 working from home.

This role will be seen as a succession route for a HR Director in the business.

Scope of the role

Our client is looking for an experienced HRBP to drive performance and to create a culture where people thrive. You will report into the HR Director and deliver HR initiatives in line with the People Plan.

This is a true generalist role, and you should have experience in all aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, talent, organisational development, employee engagement and ER. A particular interest in proactive ER, Talent and Engagement will be an advantage. You will also partner senior stakeholders in the business.

Candidate Profile

You will be a committed HR professional with a positive, upbeat and “can-do” attitude looking for the next step up in your career or someone already operating as a business partner looking for their next challenge.

You will have experience working in a busy work environment and understand how to navigate ambiguity. You will be commercially astute and have a people centred approach using data to support your decisions. You will be inquisitive and keen to understand themes that arise when supporting your business areas, and look to drive performance by empowering your stakeholders, and by the initiatives you deliver.
