Job description

With multiple sites in the UK, our client is part of a rapidly growing business supplying high quality products to the UK's leading retailers. This role sits within the central team for the group.

(Office base role)

The role:

  • Supporting with the central HR strategy and working with sites across the group to ensure this is implemented through each facility
  • Driving a high–performance culture by challenging and coaching managers to appropriately apply performance and development principles and tools
  • Lead the ethical agenda to ensure that the Company achieves and maintains the targeted level of accreditation through customer/legal auditing processes
  • Support and facilitate all key internal stakeholders
  • Foster effective employee engagement and communication across the business, develop and deliver a strong people agenda

Your Experience:

  • Ideally you will have gained experience within an FMCG environment
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified.
  • As part of the management team, you will also be involved in business improvement projects.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to deliver change and have a strong enough character to be able to influence at senior management level.
