What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long‑term vision and immediate priorities.
• Experience within engineering services—ideally in civil engineering, construction, utilities, or high‑voltage (HV) environments.
