- Ensure compliance with data protection laws.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support a diverse range of people administration duties, including managing emails, preparing resources, reports, documents, presentations, and other tasks using the HR software system (iTrent).
- Prepare and amend documents as necessary.
- Assist with all aspects of the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain, update, and ensure compliance of all records with data protection laws.
- Manage the employee lifecycle on the HR system, including monitoring probationary reviews and handling documentation.
- Support the payroll department with workbook preparation as needed.
- Create and maintain a calendar of administrative activities and ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with line managers and other administrators within the group, acting as the first point of contact for people and employee relations queries.
- Provide end-user support for the HR system.
- Organise manual and electronic filing, ensuring records are current and organized.
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders and attend meetings as required.
- Organise and prepare for meetings, including taking minutes and recording actions.
- Support the People Team with ongoing projects.
- Administer HR system support and maintenance.
- Act in accordance with TE’s values and ethics at all times.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
