Job summary

A dynamic HR team is seeking an organized HR Assistant for a temporary role with a potential for permanent placement. The position involves supporting HR processes such as data entry, system updates, benefits administration, and other tasks. Applicants should have HR experience and preferably some knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement of 4 days at home and 1 in the office, with a pay rate of £13 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR administration or coordination.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
  • CIPD qualification is a plus.
  • Own a compatible Windows laptop for work.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data entry and track candidates.
  • Update HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Handle benefits administration and orders.
  • Maintain TOIL and absence records.
  • Perform electronic filing and document merging.
  • Assist with refreshing the HR handbook.
  • Engage in research and various HR tasks.

What You'll Do
  • Data entry & candidate tracking
  • HR system updates (SAP SuccessFactors experience ideal)
  • Benefits admin & voucher ordering
  • TOIL and absence records
  • Electronic filing & document merging
  • Help refresh the HR handbook ('HR bible')
  • Get involved with research and other ad-hoc HR tasks
What You'll Need
  • Previous HR admin/coordination experience
  • SAP SuccessFactors knowledge preferred
  • CIPD great but not essential
  • Your own Windows laptop (VPN provided - MacBooks/Chromebooks not compatible)
The Deal
  • Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours (office hours)
  • WFH 4 days / Office 1 day
  • Temp for 3 months initially - with potential to go temp-to-perm
  • £13 per hour
