People are at the heart of everything we do and we want to reflect that in our hiring strategies. We are looking for an HR and Talent Acquisition Manager based in Europe, with experience in hiring global teams.

What this job involves
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes
  • Source, attract and headhunt candidates
  • Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial screening interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and the wider team
  • Draft job descriptions and post roles on various platforms
  • Manage pipelines and maintain recruitment databases (Greenhouse)
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the process
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Negotiate offers including salary, benefits, and stock options
  • Maintain our ATS Greenhouse and local HR systems
  • Assist with onboarding and employee orientation
  • Help with employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Manage HR records and documents
  • Provide support on HR policies and procedures
