About the role :

You’llwork closely with a dedicated HR and OD Business Partner, becoming a trusted expert in the services you support.

You’llempower managers and colleagues with inclusive, people-first advice that helps them thrive.

You’llcollaborate across the wider HR team to deliver impactful solutions that support Salford’s residents.

You’llchampion continuous improvement and equip leaders with the tools to lead theSalford Way.

We’re looking for someone who :

• Has a background in HR casework
• Thrives in a varied role and enjoys helping leaders shape and deliver their people plans.
• Communicates with confidence and builds strong, influential relationships.
• Brings empathy, integrity, and a commitment to inclusion and innovation.
• Has solid employment law knowledge and can manage complex ER cases with care and clarity.
