£30,000 (depending on experience) + Excellent Benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday-Friday flexible between the hours of 8am and 6pm

Due to continued growth, I have been asked to look for an experienced HR Advisor to join the current HR team to provide generalist support and guidance.

The HR Teamwork in a busy environment, employing over 1,50 employees. You will report into the Regional HR Manager and work closely with the rest of our HR Team to provide an efficient HR Service to the organisation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Actively providing HR support to the Operations teams
  • Ensuring any HR Matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legislative and company requirements
  • Advising and coaching Managers on policy, procedure and best practise.
  • Managing a busy and varied Employee Relations case load, including Absence Management, Disciplinary, Grievance and Performance Management.
  • Supporting any HR project work
  • Ensuring the HRIS is kept up to date and accurate in a timely manner

Knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • Ideally CIPD Qualified
  • Solid understanding and confident with all HR processes and Employment Law
  • High level of competency with MS applications
  • Solutions and commercially focussed
  • Flexible to travel to HGS UK sites as and when necessary
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Confidence to recommend change and committed to continuous improvement
  • Experience working in medium-large organisations in a fast-paced environment
