Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking an HR Generalist to provide guidance on employee relations issues while ensuring adherence to policies and employment law. You will analyze HR data for strategic decision-making, lead absence management processes, and support recruitment and talent development strategies. This position offers a salary of up to £37,500 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance, annual leave, and various employee assistance programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR generalist role with a strong focus on employee relations.
  • Knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required.
