Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR is essential.
  • Experienced in coaching managers effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities with strong organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Support disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.

Skills

CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards)
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR
Proven ability to coach and influence managers
Strong organisational skills

Confident user of MS Office
Experience running recruitment campaigns
