The Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our team and play a key role in shaping employee experience. As a trusted partner to both management and staff you will provide expert guidance on HR policies employee relations and talent development. The HR Advisor provides expert guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies procedures and best practices. This role helps drive a positive workplace culture ensures compliance with employment law and supports organizational goals through effective HR management.

The Person

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent qualifying Human Resources experience in a generalist capacity

  • Effective in engaging and coaching Line Managers to ensure policy and best practice are adhered to
