Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 35 hours per week, hybrid

Salary: £30,321.51 - £33,353.66 (depending on experience and skills)

Be the Expert, Make an Impact

As a HR Advisor, you’ll take charge of complex employee relations challenges. As the first point of contact for HR matters, you’ll provide expert guidance on absence, conduct, and performance issues, ensuring policies and legislation are followed. Your expertise in handling ER challenges will be key in keeping operations running smoothly and supporting stakeholders effectively.

While primarily focused on specific areas, you’ll also support other locations, involving travel as necessary. This role offers challenges and opportunities to make a significant impact within our organisation and team, allowing you to advance your career and leave a lasting mark.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR matters and provide expert guidance on absence, conduct, and performance issues.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and legislation in handling employee relations challenges.
  • Manage complex employee relations (ER) cases and support stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
  • Travel to support other locations as required (approximately 1–2 times a week, or as needed to cover absences).
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, analyse HR data, and deliver insights to inform strategic decisions.

Role involves travel to multiple locations; required 1–2 times per week and as needed to cover absences and support operations.
