Michael Page HR are delighted to support a well established food manufacturing business based in Telford with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a busy HR team. Due to the nature of this sector, the role will be fully site based.

The role of HR Advisor is a fast-paced, varied and generalist position. You will be fully responsible for the Telford manufacturing site, dealing with all people matters and working closely with management and leadership to support commercial goals. Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
  • Manage a wide range of employee relations cases, ensuring they are dealt with promptly
  • Support with recruitment and on-boarding for the site
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems accurately.
  • Assist with performance management processes and appraisals.
  • Support learning and development initiatives
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR strategies and projects in alignment with business goals.

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Advisor role. Preferable within a similar industrial sector such as manufacturing, FMCG, distribution etc
