A leading automotive retailer is looking for an HR Advisor to provide guidance on employee relations matters. The role allows for home and office work while supporting managers with various HR issues. Ideal candidates should have experience in HR and knowledge of employment law. Home/hybrid working, must be able to commute to either the Gateshead or Manchester area. Up to £35,000 Basic (dependant on experience) with a £4,800 Car Allowance or Company Car and other benefits. Lookers have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Advisor, as part of a team of four HR Advisors. The role is flexible to operate on a hybrid working basis to combine home and office working. You will be reporting into our Senior HR Business Partner, and also supporting other HR Managers to suit business needs. The primary purpose of the role will be to support and guide our group managers in all employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, flexible working and absence management.
