Client Details

Michael Page HR support a well-established food manufacturing business in Telford by appointing an HR Advisor to join a busy HR team. The role is fully site-based.

Description

The HR Advisor is a fast‑paced, varied and generalist position. You will be fully responsible for the Telford manufacturing site, dealing with all people matters and working closely with management and leadership to support commercial goals.

  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
  • Manage a wide range of employee relations cases, ensuring they are dealt with promptly
  • Support recruitment and on‑boarding for the site
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems accurately
  • Assist with performance management processes and appraisals
  • Support learning and development initiatives
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR strategies and projects in alignment with business goals
Profile

Ideal applicants will have a proven background in a similar HR Advisor role. Preferably within a similar industrial sector such as manufacturing, FMCG, distribution, etc.
