Overview

Are you passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and delivering meaningful impact through effective HR support? We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join a collaborative Housing Association in Bristol.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional advice to managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Contribute to HR projects and policy development, helping to drive service improvements and support business priorities.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation, promoting a customer-focused and solution-oriented HR approach.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience of working in a generalist HR role, including hands-on casework and recruitment support.
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified, or equivalent experience, with a willingness to work towards further qualifications if required.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a flexible and agile working environment.
