This full-time role involves supporting managers with HR advice on employee relations and compliance. The HR Advisor will independently manage ER cases, ensuring best practices and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR, a Level 5 CIPD qualification, and excellent communication skills, along with the ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
