This hybrid position requires a professional with a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent, providing HR policy advice, managing employee relations, and supporting the overall HR strategy. Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on managing ER casework? We're currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team here at Arco on a maternity cover basis.
The HR Advisor will strive to improve employee relations across the business providing specialist employee relations advice and guidance on the management of employee relation cases and polices, whilst maintaining knowledge of the business, HR trends and employment legislation.
The role is a hybrid position with a mix of office working from our Head Office in Hull and home working, and we are open to considering both full time and part time applicants for this role.
