Job description

HR Advisor - Education Sector - South London with hybrid working - c£36,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor with strong knowledge of employment law to join a leading educational organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Providing HR advice and guidance on HR policies and processes
• Managing employee relations cases including disciplinary and grievances
• Supporting the HR Business Partner with organisational change programmes including restructures
• Assisting with the development and delivery of HR skills workshops
• Producing HR management information reports
• Assisting with development of new HR policies

Qualifications & Experience

You should be an HR Generalist with a track record of providing HR best practice advice and guidance in the public sector. Experience of working in the education sector would be ideal. A strong knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with excellent communication skills. You need to be Level 5 CIPD qualified and have a willingness to travel to sites across London.
