About the Role

We are looking for a part time HR Advisor to join our highly regarded Human Resources Team. This role is 30 hours per week over either 4 or 5 days.

As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with managers and staff across the organisation, offering pragmatic and timely guidance on everything from employee relations and recruitment to absence management and organisational change. This is a generalist HR role with the requirement to provide advice on a range of subject areas within the HR remit.

This is an opportunity to contribute to HR initiatives within the HR service area and corporately across the organisation, while providing expert advice and support across a wide range of employment matters.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification and Associate Membership

  • Confident, self-aware, and motivated with a proactive approach
  • IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and HR systems
