A local authority in East Runton is seeking a part-time HR Advisor to work 30 hours weekly. You will collaborate with managers and staff, providing guidance on employee relations, recruitment, and absence management. The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience, a CIPD Level 5 qualification, and strong communication skills. We are looking for a part time HR Advisor to join our highly regarded Human Resources Team. This role is 30 hours per week over either 4 or 5 days.
As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with managers and staff across the organisation, offering pragmatic and timely guidance on everything from employee relations and recruitment to absence management and organisational change. This is a generalist HR role with the requirement to provide advice on a range of subject areas within the HR remit.
This is an opportunity to contribute to HR initiatives within the HR service area and corporately across the organisation, while providing expert advice and support across a wide range of employment matters.
