Job Description

The role of HR Advisor will report to a HR Manager and support with the fully people life-cycle at this busy distribution site in Coventry, this will include bit not limited to:

  • Support with all HR-related queries and provide accurate advice to employees and managers.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and consistently applied across the organisation.
  • Manage a wide range of employee relations cases in a unionised setting
  • Assist in delivering training programmes and supporting employee development initiatives.
  • Build excellent relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
