Are you a confident and capable HR generalist looking for your next opportunity in a dynamic, professional environment? We're partnering with a leading global financial services business to recruit a HR Advisor to join their small but highly effective HR team in central London. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day HR operations while contributing to broader people initiatives and projects.
You'll play a key part in delivering a high-quality HR service across the UK and European business. You'll provide first-line advice and support to managers on a range of people matters, including:
To be successful in this role, you must have prior HR advisory experience in a financial services, professional services , or corporate head office environment . You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially focused setting and bring a confident, solution-oriented approach to your work.
