A leading training organization based in Scotland seeks an HR Advisor to manage the full employee lifecycle and provide HR support. This role involves onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience. Salary: £35,000 per annum.

Our client is seeking an HR Advisor to provide first-line HR support across their growing apprenticeship training organisation, based in Bridge of Allan, Scotland (hybrid working). Reporting to the Central Operations Director, the HR Advisor will manage onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, basic employee relations, and office coordination, supporting both office-based and remote staff. The role also ensures safer recruitment, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
