A fantastic opportunity has come up with our M&S Fashion, Home & Beauty operation in Bradford. We are seeking a talented and passionate individual for the position of HR Advisor. Working closely with the site HR leadership team, you'll provide pragmatic, commercially minded HR advice, supporting effective people management while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policy.
This is a full time, 6-month fixed term contract position. Working hours for this role would need to be flexible, however predominantly Monday to Friday, working 37.5 hours per week.
You'll be paid a salary of up to £34,000 per annum, you'll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.
