A recruitment agency based in Birmingham seeks an HR Manager to shape organizational culture and implement HR policies. This is an office-based role offering a salary up to £40k for applicants with relevant SME experience. Key responsibilities include handling employee queries, managing recruitment, and improving HR processes.
We are currently partnering with a growing SME based in Birmingham City Centre, recruiting for a standalone HR Manager on a full-time and permanent basis.
This is a new position for the organisation, so will be crucial in helping them shape their organisational culture and implement policies and procedures to improve employee engagement and wellbeing.
Salary up to £40k depending on experience; the role is office-based 5 days a week.
