Are you an organised, detail-oriented HR professional looking for a short-term, fast-paced role? We're seeking an HR Coordinator to join our small, friendly, and values-driven team in the student accommodation sector. This is a temporary contract while our client recruit for a permanent hire (keep in mind this could be an amazing temp to perm role as well). The role is offering a chance to make an immediate impact in a supportive environment.

Start Date: 8th December
Location: Oxford (Hybrid, offering 1-2 days from home)

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing the HR inbox and responding to queries promptly
  • Preparing contracts, letters, trackers, and general HR administration
  • Supporting onboarding for new starters, including right-to-work checks and welcome packs
  • Performing data checks and assisting with payroll migration tasks
  • Taking ownership of urgent HR projects as they arise
