A leading global cabling solutions provider in Wrexham is seeking an experienced Administrative HR professional. The role involves providing proactive administrative support, handling payroll activities, and coordinating employee health assessments. Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working in the HR Department at the Wrexham site, this administrative role will provide proactive, confidential administrative and support service to the Wrexham manufacturing site.
Candidates will need to have proven administration experience and preferably some experience of undertaking payroll activities (although full training will be provided). Candidates should possess a good level of general education and will be qualified to ‘A’ Level standard. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required including Word and Excel (intermediate level). Advantageous would be experience of Workday, although training will be provided.
This position requires a high degree of self-motivation, attention to detail is paramount and excellent organisational ability. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and inter-personal skills together with a "team player" approach.
This role is based at our Wrexham site. The address is Prysmian Cables & Systems Limited, Oak Road, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham, LL13 9PH. There is free car parking on site. Please note that there are limited public transport links to this part of the Industrial Estate.
