A leading HR services provider is seeking a HR Administrator to join their team in Long Eaton. This full-time office-based role offers a competitive salary and benefits such as a performance-based bonus, hybrid working options, and opportunities for training and development. Ideal candidates will have HR experience, strong IT skills, and be proficient in Microsoft applications. The role includes responsibilities like processing onboarding information and maintaining HR databases.
We have an additional opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our HR team and provide post-recruitment, vetting and onboarding admin support.
This is a 2-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension of permanency subject to business needs.
This is a full-time office based role working from our East Midlands Airport office (DE74 2SA).
This role may involve minor planned travel to client meetings; therefore, a full UK driving licence is essential.
It is essential you have similar experience from within an HR, high-volume recruitment, or high-volume employee onboarding environment.
Experience in utilising HR related software such as Success Factors or similar would be highly desirable.
Strong IT skills – proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and an aptitude for in-house systems.
This is a fast paced role and will require the individual to work on multiple projects and perform a multitude of tasks.
