Were seeking a proactive and ambitious HR Administrator to become a core member of our HR department.

This isnt just an administrative roleits an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and a deep understanding of the entire HR lifecycle working across all HR departments.

You will be instrumental in supporting our HR Business Partners Recruitment Learning and Compensation & Benefits functions. This role is the perfect chance to be completely embedded in HR in a busy manufacturing environment.

How you will contribute to the team

Become an HR Process Expert : Master essential HR processes and provide support to the entire HR team.

Support Change and Deployment : Actively help the team with the deployment of key HR projects and strategic initiatives.

HR Tools : Support essential transactional activities ensuring our HR tools operate seamlessly.

Data Analysis : Organize analyse and prepare HR data to inform presentations and reviews.

Ensure Operational Excellence : Coordinate and manage attendance data

Support Talent Management Processes : Use your expertise to assist with recruitment campaigns and learning priorities for the site.

Support People Strategy : Support HR Business Partners on the annual cycle of People activities including Performance & Goals Succession Planning and Talent Management.

About you

Prior business administration experience ideally within an HR environment.

An understanding of how HR contributes to the business.

A genuine desire to build a career in HR.

Strong IT / Data analytics skills

The ability to support multiple HR topics simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft and Google‑suite especially Excel to manage data.
