SALARY: £28,933 per annum / £13.91 per hour + Benefits
LOCATION: Crewe, Cheshire, North West England
JOB TYPE: Full‑Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week; shifts are either 8am–4pm, 9am–5pm or 2pm–10pm, including approximately one weekend in four, with 8am-4pm or 2pm-10pm shifts on both Saturday and Sunday.

As a Housing Support Worker you will deliver trauma‑informed, person‑centred support to individuals with complex needs, helping them develop independent living skills, access services and move towards stable accommodation.
The Housing Support Worker role is varied and hands‑on, combining case management, practical support and relationship‑building with partners across housing, health and community services.
