Overview

Mansfield District Council has a great opportunity for a Housing Repairs Manager to join our team based in Mansfield. This is a full time, permanent role with a salary of £55,409 - £57,674 per annum.

Role

The Housing Repairs Manager will lead our ambitious plans to transform the Responsive Repairs service, with responsibility for responsive repairs delivery, void properties, materials and stores. The role will drive culture change and ensure tenants receive the best possible service. Candidates will need experience of leading teams in a housing repairs environment, as well as the leadership skills to forge an improved service.
