Job summary

A local authority is seeking a Housing Relets Team Leader to manage the delivery of maintenance voids and responsive repairs. You will lead contractors and internal teams to ensure high-quality property maintenance services, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Qualifications
